| Totally unsatisfied we booked the 5*executive caravan, when we arrived with my two granchildren,there was no eating facilities even though it was advertised on their website there was a restaurant, we were only told when we got there by a member of staff it was closed and had been for some time.
After collecting our key we entered the caravan the electricity or heating was not on, Also the caravan was covered in thick dust,there was stale bread in the bread bin,kettle was covered in grease marks and so was the frypan, we found out to our horrer the next day when my grandson age 3 easly pushed opened the french doors obviously not been locked by the previous tennent. saftey was a concern to think that we slept there that night unaware the doors wre unlocked.reported all this to the office but nothing was done.in my opinion this was not taken seriosly and was brushed aside.there was an attempted break in which also was taken lightly. the attitude of the member of staff on duty was in my opinion not customer friendly I have written to the owner regarding this matter only to find out he did not even have the curtesy to reply personally and put the letter in the hands of the member of staff in question.
we had a very unsettled weekend at this site but did not want to let the children down by cutting our holiday short.I centainly would not go back. |
